1. Being snuggled up in bed, under the covers, and being joined by Esme, who curled up with her head near mine under the covers too
   
   
2. The sheer releif of putting the phone down after calling in sick today
   
   
3. Hearing my mum's voice on the phone
   
   
4. The Twinkle in Mozz's eye when he's up to mischeif
   
   
5. Knowing that we're helping to make someone feel a littl better by building their confidence just a little bit. Here's hoping that it helps and works.
